My MME is at Ford Autonation Bellevue finally getting the windshield recall done, and they gave me a rental from Enterprise which is nearby - and enterprise gave me a Polestar 2 to drive!

Bowen Scharf in Kent gave me a two week loaner when my Premium needed a battery module replaced. I got the impression they didn't do loaners routinely, though.

I appreciate the suggestions. Poking around the internet, it doesn't seem like loaners are common for regional Ford dealers. It's now got me wondering if maybe a Ford ESP with the rental option is a viable play.
