Still waiting for my email from Ford (nice to know one is coming), built 12/10. Newly assigned salesperson at dealer said yesterday to expect vehicle in 2 weeks. Sounds like a poor guess on his part since it hasn't shipped yet.

My dealer said to expect 3-4 weeks from confirmation of shipment to have it delivered to them (in NorCal).

This seems about right based on my past experience with Ford and Lincoln out of Mexico.

I was plugging some of the vins here in San Diego California and they were showing up on that one shipping site as Kansas City Origin Destination unknown right now

My dealer in SCAL tells me:

"Ford has not yet released any Mach-E from the plant but I heard they will soon.
Anyhow, Once the vehicle is in transit it takes about a month to get to the dealership."

That was me.....Unsolicited email last night from Ford and several things updated today....screenshots below.

It's nice to know what process to expect. Plus we have an answer to when the "Built" box gets filled in.

i'm with star ford in glendale and kind of wish i went with galpin since they're bigger and probably will have more dedicated sales folks to EVs. star ford has 1 new EV person and while friendly, she seems to either be new or inexperienced and seems to need to go to the GM for everything. i haven't heard anything despite a few attempts at reaching out for vin #, clean fuel rewards, etc.

my build date was supposed to have been 11/30 so i feel like i have a super teeny-tiny chance at a end of year delivery or... at least 1st half of january. it would be nice to know some info and at least be able to track...

Of course, I am convinced he is wrong given the loading pictures posted here. There are direct rail paths from there to Tijuana, which a quick chesk shows passengers can cover in 50 hours. Customs, reloading onto trucks and driving them to LA maybe another day. With the holidays, I expect a call from him Saturday the 26th ;-)

We are all waiting to see when they hit the rails. Hopefully seeing the progression will give others an idea of timeframe for their own delivery. My guess for myself is third or last week of January.
