Nope the earlier builds are clearly better. Data to support that conclusion? Mine was built before this and didn't/doesn't have these issues....
Is anyone going to set up a pool for when karma bites back? ?

Dealer is gonna have it towed. Tried to drive it and it was significantly difficult to brake. Not super safe.
Good move. Let the dealer figure out the root cause. I think the 12v battery is a prime suspect but that’s just my own opinion. If that’s all it is, they’ll have it cleared up and back to you quickly. Sorry this happened.

To any car deity that is watching, my intent was not too brag, just to make a point that one car having an issue and another not does not equate to certain build periods being superior!

But back to the original scheduled program, glad the dealer is having it towed, hope it's a quick fix (like a bad 12v).

Nope. I have driven it several times since I got it home. it has been plugged in during the overnight hours.
Man that sucks, I was going to say the same thing... I guess it is possible that it still did not effectively charge that 12v.. Like others have said, an explosion of errors is normally that 12v not having enough charge. I have no understanding how the charge system is supposed to work as far as priority with the 12v, or even how much juice it provides.

I was talking to a friend about the MME last weekend. Come to find out he bought an all electric van of some sort, I forget the model. His wife was driving it the following day, and having it charge over night, and it threw all the errors as well. He returned the van and now won't go with another EV.

Manufactures really need to figure that issue out, its not just Ford. It's an issue that will undoubtedly push people away from EVs. Spending 50 grand on a car, being ESTATIC to own a new car and on top a new EV, part of our feature.. Then have it completely fail the next day would be heart wrenching. If it is a low charged battery because the car has sat around during shipment for ages then dealerships should be throwing them on battery tenders the second they come in. However, at least here in SoCal, the car comes in and they do their little checks then it goes out the same day.

I think that's one of those representative sample and standard deviation thingies. That's voodoo, not a deity. :p

For everyone suggesting to disconnect the 12V battery, be careful. I have found several sources that say that, for newer model cars, disconnecting the 12V battery can have latent consequences. Here is one (not well written):

https://dannysengineportal.com/car-battery-before-you-disconnect-it-know-what-can-go-wrong/

Also, consider Ford's TSB instructions about what to do first before doing any updates. Ford is aware that disconnecting the battery in some models can at times cause modules to need a special wake up procedure.

I would advise not to disconnect the battery in the off chance that it causes some other issues. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the dealerships referenced throughout the forums bricked Mach Es because they failed to follow the first step of the TSBs, thinking it's no big deal to just disconnect the battery.

The chance that disconnecting the battery will cause any issues is extremely slim. Assuming it is done correctly.

Give the dealer a chnace to sort it out before you bail. It may be something easy to fix. Otherwise, yeah..

My quests on the root cause of this issue is a dealer install update prior to deliver didn’t take. Maybe the hard rest would correct it, but most likely the dealer needs to reflash the software.

Let’s see…..Vaca = cow. Bovino or Bovine = cow. Hmmmmmm. And the negative Nelly (cow name) comments are similar. Hmmmmm.
Nice catch. The posts are a little too similar to be coincidental. All about how many issues the car has, how fearful he is of purchasing, and threatening to bail on his order...

Update...

According to the dealer, it is a faulty hydraulic pump that has to be replaced. As with a lot of other parts, it seems to be on backorder so no ETA....
