According to the dealer, it is a faulty hydraulic pump that has to be replaced. As with a lot of other parts, it seems to be on backorder so no ETA....
There is no hydraulic pump in the car, perhaps they meant the power steering control module (PSCM). It's electric, behind the steering wheel in the dash. If you lost power steering (steering is difficult to turn) then that's what needs to be replaced.

Part is likely on backorder so be prepared to wait a few weeks for it.
