Hi all, long story short, managed to put a little acetone damage on my side mirror flag/trim. Had to rub off some glue on the rubber and didn’t noticed I was also rubbing the trim by accident. Think it got stripped or melted and I managed to do it on both side mirrors lol. I know, pretty darn stupid. Not sure if this is fixable or any recommendations to “hide” or customize the flag/trim? I know the assembly is like $1k so that’s like $2k for both side mirrors plus labor haha

please advise, thanks guys!

it looks really bad in the photos but it doesn’t look that bad in person.
