Sirius App Disappeared from the Console!

I've been using Sirius on and off for 3.5+ years in my 2021 Mach-E. Then, a few days ago, I turned the volume on, and there was sort of a poof. Since then, I can't find the Sirius app/option anywhere on SYNC. I restarted it (using Volume down)+scan forward, its still nowhere to be found.

Logged into siriusxm online, account is active.

Suggestions?

Did you accidentally delete if from the apps on the bottom ribbon? Go to the apps page (the 9 little squares if I remember right on the top) and see if it's there to restore it.

Got your message. I looked through the codes your car reported this month and nothing there in the ACM or APIM that indicates something went wrong. No OTA's since April, so we can't blame one of those for messing it up. I don't see anything wrong.....sorry I can't be more of help.
