My free time with Sirius is ending. I haven’t subscribed to Sirius on any of my cars and don’t intend to now. Is there a way to remove the icon/ option from the display?

You can remove the Sirius square from the row of tiles that you see near the bottom of your SYNC display. (Just above the volume knob.) All you need to do is slide it downwards to dismiss it.

You can disable the vehicle's mobile data connections to Sirius through the Vehicle > Settings > Connectivity page on the SYNC display.

I don't think you can remove the Sirius "app" from the app drawer. That's the grid of icons that you see when you tap your profile icon/image/dots at the top center of the SYNC display. Luckily though, you only see that screen when you request to see it.
