So frustrated

I love my car. But..so frustrated with the random bugs. Since a few weeks

1. Car had stopped unlocking when I walk up with the fob
2. Paak is just junk
3. Seat does not adjust to the memory setting linked to my profile in sync4.
4. My photo in the profile in fordpass is gone (minor I know but maybe related to other issues)
5. 50% of the time my phone loses network connectivity because it is connected to the car wifi
6. Android auto works maybe half the time

There are probably other things that I am forgetting. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling fordpass a few times. Haven't tried much in sync4.

I have the same issues. Numerous settings often revert back. What you think are easy fixes Ford can't fix. Paak is crap. BC is AWOL. But hey we got Tic-Tac-Toe.

Its loading the guest profile. The "workaround" is to setup the guest profile the same as your driver 1 profile. That way when it fails all your settings are set, but you will just notice your picture missing. My car does not load the right profiles constantly, even when using the PAAK door code which is linked directly to your profile.. /shrug

I didn’t get the OTA for that yet, but it would be nice to see some meaningful fixes!

1. my phone discharges rapidly since the last release of FordPass App
2. My journeys are not available in the app
3. I can not remotely configure the journey start
4. charging details not available
5. prefer to have the latest charge status in the app when i freshly open it and not after opening and refreshing

the other points i think which need to come in is
1. show on the app if the doors are locked or not
2. show on the app if the windows are open or closed, if not closed, possibility to close remotely

It will take the new programmers at Ford half a year to untangle the stuff the summer college kids screwed up.

same, setting up individual profiles seems to be the source of some issues. I've left mine as is in that respect and no probs.

geeze, how hard can it be to get a simple thing like profiles working right. very frustrating..
