I had a very positive experience with Ford Roadside Assistance and my local Ford dealer this past weekend. 2024 Mach E Premium, 14K miles. My rear tire got punctured on a rock in the driveway of my daughter’s house. Sidewall, no chance for repair. First time ever I contacted Ford Roadside Assistance. They took the info and a flat bed tow truck arrived within an hour. He drove it up on the flatbed, secured it and I followed him 4 miles to the dealership. It was Saturday afternoon about 4:30pm. The service advisor quickly found I had purchased road hazard insurance when I leased my Mach E. Advised they would order new tire on Monday morning and have the car ready by 2pm. At 1pm on Monday they called and said the car was ready and they would have it delivered to me. It was back in my driveway by 3pm, no charges of any kind (tow, labor, tire). The invoice showed the cost would have been $358 without the hazard insurance. Wish I had not hit that rock, but one of the better customer service experiences I have had.
