Got car home late Thursday night. Plugged into 110 outlet. (electrician Monday.)
Car says charging paused and location not available. Can’t add my house to Ford pass app.

Any thoughts on how to add locations?

did a reset already of Ford Pass

As i believe you first have to charge at a location, thereafter you can add that location and set a schedule for it...

That's the problem. When I plug in my home charger is gives an error and never connects. so nothing to add. Have used several EA sites and it hasn't logged those chargers

Try resetting home charger. If no switch, breaker on/off.

Is this a new charger or have you used it with other EVs?

Ok got it, have you tried to charge without using the app? You are using the mobile Charger supplied by Ford?

Can't you add your "Home" as a location? I don't think you need to charge first to do that.

Misread. You're trying 120V charge? Looks like it thinks there's a schedule (even if manual) and is PAUSED?
Bingo. Yes using the mobile charger.

At the risk of repeating the obvious, I've presumed you've tried the mobile charger on various outlets on both the same circuit and different circuits?

I'd think with the mobile charger you just plug it in and charge? No app required.

Yes, it should be.

Options:
Charger problem -- need to test charger on another car
Circuit problem -- need to test charger using an outlet on a different circuit
Car problem -- need to try charging car with a different L1 or L2 charger (as DCFC seems to be working for you)

So make sure that the cord is fully pushed into the mobile charger and flush. I felt like an idiot after thinking I had pushed it into the female end on the charger as far as it would go and turns out I didn’t. Got the same error as you showed
That yellow light means charger fault, I had got the yellow as well until I had noticed the plug was not firmly pushed in all the way.
