So the other day we got a snowstorm of about 7 inches. I waited until the streets were plowed and "sanded" before I ran my errands. I came home a bit late about 7PM and the streets were ICE. With traction control, I could not make it up my street so I turned it off and spun tires but ultimately made it up. All four wheels were spinning. All of a sudden the following messages started to appear on my dash like a god damn christmas tree!!

- Hill start assist not available
- 1 Pedal Drive Fault - Press brake pedal to reduce speed
- Service AdvanceTrac
- Check headlamp system See manual
- Auto hold fault
- Blind spot fault
- Cross traffic system fault
- Reverse brake assist not available see manual

Also cant select any drive modes but no warning message pops up until you actually click on it.

Already cleaned all sensors and the same message KEEP POPPING UP. They reset every 3/4 minutes and keep popping back up while driving. Dealer isn't open until Monday so im hoping someone has a reset method until them. Tryed the newest Snapon computer at my uncles shop to try and reset but it wont recognize the Mach E. Keeps popping up as a 2021 Ford Edge with eco boost.

Yes, I let it sit over night and drove it around for about 20 miles and still no reset.

Disconnecting one of the 12V battery terminals for a few minutes seems to be as close as we can get to a reset button on this car. If you pop off the rear beauty panel under the frunk, you should be able to access the negative terminal of the LVB. Good luck.

Nothing yet. It has been at the dealer since Monday. They said they are short staffed so it could be a “few days”.

Once I turned it off to get up the hill and after the lights came on, it would not let me turn back on TC. The button didnt do anything.

Haha yes. In fact I clicked Ok 9 times everytime i started the car. Then after putting it in park/drive another 9 times. Headlamp warning light is annoying though. It comes up every 5 minutes even if the lights are on “off”. Very annoying.

I’ll let you know what they find out with mine today
Yes please. Because its been 4 days now and I have heard nothing.

Ford pass app shows the car hasnt moved in days except to the back lot. My dealer also services all the city/town police cars for half the state and I assume they are a priority + plus four techs out with covid = Long time to get an answer.

One thing I'm wondering is if this is due to spinning too much. The reality is that many people don't drive well on snow and ice, and they apply too much pedal. In many ICE vehicles, lowering the gear and pressing slowly yields better results.

My son spun the tires on his grandfather's Mercury Marquis years ago, and got a check engine light due to the over-revving.

Just a thought.

Oh of course. When i turned the traction control off i was already stuck in the snow/ice. I had no option but to floor it to spin it and melt the ice/snow just to get grip on at least one tire. I was so aggravated.
