This SSM isn't too much of a surprise, we've seen this error before when the battery is weak because of software glitches or HVBJB failures. My default advice if the cause is unknown is to fully charge the 12V battery with a 12V battery charger, test the 12V battery, and fully update the powertrain software as a start. Hardwired always-on dashcams, OBD-II port devices, or 3rd party phone widgets may contribute to 12V drain issues. If you are stranded turn the vehicle completely off and try again in 30 minutes, otherwise you may require a jump start with jumper cables to get going again. If this doesn't work (e.g. HVBJB failure) you will need a tow.

SSM 50805 - 2020-2021 Explorer Hybrid/Aviator Hybrid, 2021 Corsair Hybrid/F-150 PowerBoost/Mustang Mach-E - No-Start With Stop Safely Now In The IPC

Some 2020-2021 Explorer/Aviator Hybrids, 2021 Corsair Hybrid, 2021 F-150 PowerBoost, and 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a no-start with a Stop Safely Now warning message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). The vehicle may haveone or more of the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0A23, P0A6F, P0A72, P0A75, P0A71, P0A74, P0A77, P0DFA, P06B1, P0A47, P1A0E set by the secondary on-board diagnostic module C (SOBDMC) or secondary on-board diagnostic module B (SOBDMB). This may be due to a drop in the 12-volt circuit. These DTCs will often occur at vehicle key-on and may be difficult to reproduce. If any low voltage DTCs (P0562, U3003) are stored in any modules, diagnose these DTCs in the 12v system first. If low voltage (less than 10v) is observed in these DTCs snapshot, diagnose the 12v system first. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01.
