SSM 51216 2021 F-150 And Mustang Mach-E - Equipped With Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 Prep Package And Expired FSA 21G01
Customers with 2021 F-150 and Mustang Mach-E vehicles equipped with Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 Prep Package seeking service to receive the BlueCruise hands-free driver assist Software in their vehicle. FSA 21G01 expired on 30-Sep-2022, however the bulletin and technical instructions are available on PTS to support technicians performing customer pay operations. Enter 21G01 in the PTS search engine on the upper right side of the webpage and select Technical Info to download the installation instructions.

Not much to see here, just reminding techs the instructions for doing BlueCruise updates still exist for "customer pay operations". And indirectly confirming you will need to pay for BlueCruise updates at your dealer if you didn't get them during the 6-month program or via OTA yet.
Dec 2022 Update - Program 21G01 has been reinstated, you can again get these updates performed for free at your dealer.
