Strange wires behind the bumper

I got all my kids one of those car jumper batteries for Christmas one year. Also one for me. Many do and all people should have one in their car. If someone asks for a jump you can lend them the battery. I don't want anyone hooking up my car to theirs.

Good ideia… I will try this next years… currently my 2 kids have 6 months and e 3 years hehehehe
