Sudden Increase in mi/KWH

I realize that this maybe some type of update, I am just checking. I have had my GT since OCT 21 usually stay around 3.3-3.5 around town and 2.2 on highway (80mph)
Today, I got in and had a 90% charge, I noticed it shot up to 4.1 mi/Kwh and my charge upped to 91% out of the blue. Then my range shot up a few miles.

Really didn't bother me but then on the way home (Short trip to store) I went from 4.8 to 5.6 to 6.2 However this time the charge level stayed at 90% but my range stayed the same.

Was there an update to something I don't know about? Is my car going to overcharge blast me to the moon? Will I be eaten alive by the battery acid when it explodes? Will my car go faster now?

But seriously I am just wondering about this sudden change.

Interesting I just got my Ford Pass Alert that my car has charged to Desired level of 90% I am not even plugged in..... Things that make you go HUMMMMM

My range has climbed from 270 to 291 for my MME GT - and that is with Temps in the upper 80s and gross humidity compared to optimal low 70s and dew points in the upper 40s.

I would love to see 291. I can BARELY get over 235 on a full charge.

In the winter here in DC, I floated between 235-250. As soon as the weather climbed into the 60s-70s, I was seeing 270-275 when fully charged. That picture is from just the other day. I think there may have been some unlocking of reserve kW. Perhaps a move from 88 usable to 91 usable, as we've all been speculating Ford might do?

For me, I checked it (not all the way to 0 range, but close) by manually tracking to confirm. Interestingly, I did similar tracking in my previous car, a Plug-in Honda Clarity (17 kWh batt and range as high as 60 on all electric) to calm down after seeing the range post 35 miles on a full charge in winter. However, when I manually tracked it (and laid off the heater), it was actually between 45-50 - the range expected for the car. Spring/Fall is when I would regularly be between 55-60 range. I spent a lot of time on the Clarity forum talking cats off the the proverbial ledge who thought the range on the dash was Gospel.
