Sync 4A and Amazon

Is this available in the MME now? Id really like for this happen to my MME sooner rather than later. I have the Ring security at my house and I arm and disarm the system via Alexa(in the house) all the time via skills. Arming and disarming while driving is kind of annoying. Idk if its coming via ota soon or is out now?

Possibly, I've got a post July '21 build so maybe i'm waiting on a update.

Mine has it (July 2021 build) you connect to Fordpass and go in Sync4a and active or download it. Works great you can do all Alexa functions. My car is in for the recall or I would do some screen shots for you. when you click the center button that shows profiles it will be there.

I installed a HOOBS box on my network and I can now use Siri commands with FordPass and Ring alarm, it’s sweet, works from car too.

I went on the website and to the sync 4 portion where "applink" is and its telling me sync isn't available on my vehicle lol. Anyways I went into the car's "app store" and it's telling me no apps are available for my region.

I called the ford pass customer service line. apparently I should have it in the car but I’m missing it for some reason. They gave me a number to the in vehicle technology team but they are closed today. He also mentioned that a ford pass update app is coming next month.

The Ford Alexa thing isn't released yet.

Normally I’d agree however, according to this, it should be there. He had me check my skills to make sure it was already enabled and that it had nothing to do with the built in stuff. The guy I spoke with seemed somewhat competent. The media release says it would’ve been released in the fall?

All the OTA features that were announced have been delayed. It's not available yet.
