Anyone else see this on their vehicle info on the Ford website? News to me... but maybe hints at other issues with my car.

That's because Sync Applink is a Sync 3 software system and your car has Sync 4A.

I recall having a bunch of options at one time for items like iHeartRadio, etc. It looks like they're no longer available in the car or the FordPass app. Was it maybe a bug with earlier cars that should have never been displayed that's since been corrected?

They should still be there. Are you using Apple Car Play out Android Auto?

I do use CarPlay. The apps visible in the car (on the main screen, not the CarPlay one) are FordPass and Pandora. When I go to App Catalog from the main screen, it now says there's nothing available in my region.

I'd appreciate if folks could follow the links through this one for their car and let me know what they find:

https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/sync-4a/what-is-new-about-sync-4a-applink/
I noticed that change a while back. The apps that were in there were incorporated elsewhere. Click on the button with the little sliders above the App icon with the plus and it will take you to incorporated apps. I found others somewhere else but don't recall where now.
