Tax credit while doing taxes

They all I’m looking to do my 2022 taxes. Do I need to request any paperwork from the dealership I purchase the car from or do I just put the standard information into the forms anyone through their taxes in 2021 that might be able to assist

Are you using turbo tax ?

Using Turbo Tax I was able to fill out the requested information.
Make, model, VIN, Purchase date, battery size, and gross weight. I was also prompted for the installation of charging station.
I started the process yesterday and was able to move it forward and it credited the $7500 rebate amount
