Telsa update 2 days ago and now Sync won't start

I received the Telsa update 2 days ago, and today we can't Sync to start, just stops right here. I tried hard resetting Synch a dozen times... nothing

Any thoughts?

not sure how to disconnect the 12V Battery...but I fixed it for now. I removed fuse 17 (Sync), replaced it.. it's working again. Fingers crossed.

The problem may not be related to Tesla update. I got the update on two cars and have had no trouble with sync after several drives after the update.
