Tesla is now facing a collective lawsuit from Model 3 owners in China who received their cars without the promised Full Self-Driving Computer as the owners haven’t accepted a simple retrofit.--see more..https://electrek.co/2020/03/12/tesla-lawsuite-lack-of-self-driving-computer-retrofit/

Dumb they are sueing.

The FSD computer is simply vaporware that until Tesla releases an update, will continue to be a useless option. Now to save face they are actually packaging what use to be standard options into the FSD package for $7,000.

I can understand it though, they paid for the car thinking the computer would be in there. They should get a free upgrade, but Tesla can argue that they have the freedom to put what ever computer they want in it as long as your features are consistent with the purchase order.
