Doubtful. If you read the claim, it’s largely about compensation and hiring strategy. There is some technical data mentioned, but this seems more about preventing a potential rival from using sensitive information to give them a leg up competing for talent. Rivian may have to pay fines, but I don’t think there will be any injunctions against them selling vehicles; that isn’t what the suit seeks.
