I'm build date 1/19. Tracker did show an ETA of 2/17, then I got an e-mail and push back to 2/28. No update on PALS still and dealer seems lost. Keep hoping it will just magically show up one day without notice.

Weird changes in the status of my car today. The "official" shop.ford.com vehicle tracker has reverted to this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club Official.JPG

The forum www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker link shows what has been there for the last 8 or 9 days:
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club Tracker.JPG

Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club Tracker 2.JPG

Palsapp still shows this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club PALS.JPG

Who knows where it is? ?

This is expected - if it's still on the train it hasn't been offloaded to a truck to be moved to another ramp. Given yours just shipped it may take another few days for pals app app to update.

Normal. Yours is on a train between Mexico and KC.

The thing that was odd was the changes to the first graphic. Before it had the built box checked with a 2/10 date and a 2/10 shipped date and an ETA of 3/28. Now it looks like this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club New.JPG

Says "In Production". I wonder if it was still waiting to be loaded on the train and was taken back for some kind of repair.
Order page shows this:

I understand. But take that tracker with a grain of salt -- it's a bit flaky. All of them are to some extent. But your primary status remains "In Transit" and you have an ETA. It's still on a train. Don't worry!

Build date of 1/24, shipped on 1/30 with a delivery date of 2/14 to 2/20. Still shows pending in the pals app. I am in KC and my dealer is about 10 miles from the Intermodal depot. Still waiting.....
How do I access the Pals App? Is that a nation wide app?

Thanks! There is a Freight Bill # From Kansas City.
Since I was able to search for my VIN, does that mean there no need to create a Log In for palsapp.com?
I didn't see any link to create an account and figured that is probably just for the transporters.

My palsapp.com shows my car's origin as Jacksonville, not Kansas City. Does that mean it's going there by train instead of KC? Have other southeastern buyers seen something similar for their cars? Just curious.

No - All Mustang Mach-E cars headed for North America first go to KC via rail from Mexico. It's at that point that they are then entered into the palsapp system for the various railways that connect to the rest of N.A., like Norfolk Southern. That's when palsapp will see your car in their tracker.

They have absolutely no visibility on the car from Mexico to KC.

Jacksonville is the rail destination for your car after it gets to KC, though this may happen on one or more legs.

The reason you see anything in palsapp at all right now is because they are expecting the car, so they've created a freight number for it. This happens to all of us when our cars get a Production Date.

So it will probably be unloaded from one train car to another in KC (unless they group enough Jax bound cars together) and then, probably, loaded on a truck to Myrtle Beach, SC. Might be closer to Mar. 28th than the 21st with all that activity. The 21st would be 39 days from my Feb. 10th production date which was the estimated time for delivery from the Ford email.

Right, so for most of us, it goes:
2 weeks on a train to KC
3-4 days in KC railyard
1-2 weeks on another train to the east or west coast (Jacksonville in your case)
1-2 days in that railyard
1-2 days ship to final destination via truck transport

Any idea what is the second rail yard for Pacific Northwest? Portland, OR?
