I'm right there with you, reserved 11/19, ordered 8/20, build 2/5, shipped 2/11, supposedly in KC 3/8, then due in WI by 3/22, , then 4/2, now 4/12. My deal has no idea where it is, low Mach E volume dealer
Yeah, mine is a low volume Mache dealer as well. I do think that plays into this somehow. This is ridiculous though to be weeks different from the same rail yard.

My agony may be over... and not because I am ending things ? (although was starting to look around)

Ford initially got back to be saying the same thing as the online tracker of the end of April then said it looks like it just delivered. My reservation page just updated to complete purchase so it looks like i will be switching teams.

It is bitter sweet at the moment but I am sure with time the frustration will fade.
Thank you all for the "support" ?
I would tease my wife that I had a support group for my car.

What was your original estimated delivery date?

march 22-28. Then changed to April 18-22 once my first ETA arrived.

My best guess is that being a little rural and not a high demand Mache dealer, my car kept getting pushed when there was not room an a truck. The other theory was there was something wrong with my car but I don't think they would have fixed it in Wilmington so not as likely in my opinion.

Now the wait for my GT begins ?????

I'm thinking I'm going to be in the same boat. Only 2 from my palsapp trip have not been delivered (mine and somebody in NY). My original date is 4/9 to 4/15 so I'm thinking next week sometime NOT 5/15 like the trackers are telling me.

I believe that Ford puts out the trucking contracts to bid, so it would make sense that low volume dealerships and/or rural ones would be a lower priority for the trucking companies. I think @Bookworm214 got his moving by having the dealership call the trucking company to make it a priority. Although to be fair, they aren't just delivering MME's. My truck delivery also had my MME, another MME, and a Ford Explorer.

I'm sure it will be there before that May 15 date. Mine was pushed from April 5 to May 11, but then it showed up April 1. Also, I've been tracking all of the other cars on my Palsapp train. All have now been delivered except for one...

OK, something's going on with the tracker database and I think it auto updates if it gets nervous that you're going to go past your date or something. What's interesting is that my order page still shows the original date (as I believe others have pointed out), but the tracker date for almost all the cars on my train got pushed back today...

Now they are:
  • April 4 (Going to NY)
  • April 8 (Going to GA)
  • May 1 (Going to VA)
  • May 2 (Going to IL)
  • May 6 (Going to MD)
  • May 10 (Going to MA, VT)
  • May 11 (Mine going to PA)
  • May 23 (Going to SC)
Now they are...

Delivered:
  • March 31 (GA)
  • April 1 (PA, MD)
  • April 2 (VA, SC)
  • April 5 (IL, NY, VT)
Pending:
  • May 10 (MA)

I think the company whose website I used to track mine, Metrogistics, does just what you said, they put the cars out to bid to the transport companies. My car was delivered on a Friday night and my wife and I went to see it Sunday morning. As we were leaving a car transport with mostly pickup trucks pulled in to deliver them. I believe the name on the door was Henson.

This makes a lot of sense to what I saw. My dealer is low volume and I'm guessing they just didn't have enough product to make the trip worth it. When I got to the dealer yesterday, it was right at open and there were four dirty cars lined up from delivery. Only mine was a MME. It sucks that cars can just sit there for no logical reason, but at least it's not likely in its way back to Mexico like @opus is going through. That seems to be the worst case situation.

If that IS the case, it would have been nice to have that communicated when we picked a dealer during the order process. The dealer we've chosen is one that we purchased our two current Ford vehicles from.

In theory, if I had picked one a town over we'd have an MME? That might have influenced our decision of dealer to pick.

Of course, one town over also got national attention for tacking on ADM... (I see you Schaumburg!) so maybe our lower volume dealer is the way to go. :)

In other news, I complained about the delay on Twitter, and ford's social media person reached out to me. They couldn't tell me any more than its "in transit and that could take a few days" and to pester my dealer. Who also has a "we don't know any more than you" response. (Also, dude.... its been in transit for over a month.)

At least the "low volume" thing being talked about in this thread now gives me some insight into what it could be. It'd be nice if there was that level of transparency from the people I'm trying to give a big pile of cash to...

(OK, my daily venting of frustration to this thread is now complete.)

Yea, my salesman said that the dealership had 18 MME's on order.

You're just south of me. I'm at Arlington heights ford. My "ship to delivery" timeline was 67 days. I figured the Chicago suburbs would have plenty of these vehicles ordered, but I guess I was wrong. In the first 4 months of 2021, this dealer has had 4 MMEs come in, including mine. One for the owner, one that is at the dealers being used as a rental and one other I don't know much about. The lack of incentives in Illinois isn't pushing people into electric.
