So after applying all of these updates I've noticed that I no longer have the white lines on my backup camera that move when you turn the steering wheel to give you an estimate of where the rear will be going. Is there a setting I've missed somewhere to turn this back on?
Have you driven the car very much since applying the updates? The active guide lines should come back after the car has been driven enough for the rear camera to recalibrate itself.

I haven't driven it very much so that must be it, thanks!

Wow. Ok. I only did mine on Friday so I guess I’ll be patient.
Got mine this morning. Tried it. Surprisingly, don’t hate it. Going to run with it a bit.

Yes, you have to drive with your hands off the wheel long enough for it to recalibrate the steering center so the white lines show up and work.

Just a quick headsup on sharing an fdrs account and YES it is possible, BUT you need to deactivate the license on the laptop and activate again on the second laptop. So basically you can share but only use fdrs on one location at the same time.

We have tested this on three laptops with one license for two days.

Has anyone found an alternative power supply that’s less than the 100amp Mac n Cheese uses?

How would you attach both at the same time? The terminals at the car are kinda small.
You pull off the one plastic clamp handle that doesn't have the cable attached to it and piggyback the other clamp onto it.

the recommendation of another forum member, I recently purchased an HTRC 35A charger/supply. I have not yet used it to program since I am waiting to get a Mongoose Plus. 😊🐩

I'm surprised that one works, it seems to only have a charge mode, not a supply mode, so you can't force it on 35amps, one of the FAQs even says that it'll pick the output necessary based on the batteries state of charge.

Hi,
Any idea how to reapply the last APIM / TCU update with FDRS when it has already been applied in the ford database ?

Well actually I'd say that's the definition of what a PMI is. But why do you ask?

What makes you think you need to do that?

There is no way. If the update was succesful you'll never get that version to apply again. Even if you download the files manually, you need ford to authorize a certificate file to enable the USB update process.
