The sought-after “default” charge level! Fake news…

Edit: Thanks to @ZuleMME for setting me straight. My home location got renamed to “Default”. Sorry for getting your hopes up!

I had my car in for replacement of the eye nanny camera module. They also applied updates which wiped out my charging location. When I went to check, I see this screen below.

I dont recall seeing “default” before. And it‘s set to 90%. I’m going to charge tonight without setting up my home location and see what happens.

Just updating to confirm that the default works as expected. At this point, I don’t plan to setup any individual charge locations.

Yep - the “Charge to 100%” button is still there. Didn’t test that, but it should still work the same as before.

Yay! About damn time. I just hope this is real and not a "you forgot to name it" and it defaulted to default last time you setup to charge wherever you are. I've seen that once before I think.

No, I only got the update Friday. But since I have no locations saved, I don’t see how it won’t work. Maybe I’m giving Ford too much credit?

That’s exactly what happened.
The update changed the name from “Home” to “Default”, but it’s still tied to my home address.
Sorry to get everyone’s hopes up. I’ll update to title of this thread.
