Unfortunately, our Ford dealership has never seen a MachE in person, or Sync4A for that matter. We had remote training, but this puts us at a real disadvantage to try to help out a customer with questions.

I think customers know more about these cars than dealers anyway, so I don’t see this as an issue.

For the folks who want automated updates with their VIN's

I setup using visualping.io to check my MME order to alert me 4 times a day if any text on the forddirect.com page changes. This might be helpful with shipping updates, just be aware the free account only gets 65 updates per month. Just something that maybe can help others, I am not an expert at this so maybe others can optimize or find something else that is better aside from manually hitting refresh.
