In the 3.5 years I've owned the MME this is the weirdest thing that has ever happened.

I drove to the UPS store and parked in the lot. While walking to the store I looked back at the car. I don't know why I decide to look back but I did.

What i saw was that the driver's door had popped open. That was weird, I thought, so I went back to the car. When I got there I saw that all 4 windows were down. I close the door and use FordPass to close the windows then I went into the UPS store. But wait, there's more.

When I I return to the car and turn it on I get it screen message that the frunk is open. I get out and, sure enough, the frunk has popped open. I close the frunk and go on my way.

Weird, right?

Very odd. That all the windows could be down and even the frunk open could be a glitch that caused FP to command that to happen, but the driver door being open (as opposed to all doors merely being unlocked), that's a real head scratcher. Do you rely on walk-away lock or did you explicitly lock the doors? Perhaps the car was unlocked and someone pressed the door button, but that seems pretty unlikely.

@Gimme_my_MME, any ideas?

I use walk away lock exclusively. The car was parked in an area where there were no other people.

OH, I'd love to pop the frunk and find Scarlett in there....?
Imma gonna guess she would prefer that you didn't! ?

On my new 2024 GT, I have had the frunk self-pop open. No idea how. Happened once, hasn't happened since. Fortunately it was just the first step and not didn't open fully, and it was noticed at the dealership when I was getting wheels swapped.

When you get out of the car and put your phone in your pocket, be sure the phone screen is off. That’s what I do. But before I started doing that, the tailgate opened on its own several times. Not sure if that will help you but it seems to have taken care of my problem (so far, over 6 months).

Did you have the key fob with you? Possibly Pushing different combinations in your pocket. I’ve had that happen.
