I can only say that my vvr did not have a rail car until Nov 1.
Have you checked palsapp to see if it got to KC?
Palsapp has not updated since my shipped notification with origin as KC, destination as null, and pending status.

I've got a February 2020 reservation with an April 28 conversion and a August 9th Build Week. Am I the earliest reservation still on here? Are there any July builds that still haven't delivered?
yes unfortunately. ? mine was built 7/13 and was on chip hold until 9/24. Shipped 9/25 but allegedly was put on the train 9/28…. Been in the shipping black hole since. My delivery window ends 11/6 and my dealer and Ford Marketing have both said “it’s in transit is what we see so it’ll get here when it gets here” ?

My salseman talked to me about chip shortages. As an example to me. He said what we dont realize is the AMOUNT of chips that go into ONE Mach E. So when people hear that FORD just got a million chip delivery, its not one chip per car. So that big delivery of chips doesnt go that far. I dont know how we got on the chip talk. I just wanted to put it out there. I dont know much about this chip stuff in cars. Carry on. ?

Bummer ? the lady at Ford yesterday said it didn’t have any holds on it? I’ve basically come to the realization that it will never be here ?

The ICE cars have a ton of ICs in them. Since the MME is electric, I'm willing to bet it probably has 20%-45% more chips in it than an ICE car. ??

I know this is going to sound like a privileged gripe but the dealer is sending the retiree to go get my car at 9am. It’s 3 hours there and 3 hours back. At best that puts them back here at 3pm. I’m planning on going up there at 5. It’s only a high of 45 today so the battery is going to be very low and they only have a level 2 charger at the dealer. I’m probably going to take delivery of a vehicle with only 50% state of charge

Find the nearest L3 charger and have the dealer pay to at least get to 80%

I just sent him an email to that effect. I live out in the sticks. The nearest L3 chargers are about 15 minutes down the highway. I directed the new car manager to those. We’ll see

Which dealer is doing the PDI? And you’re assuming no stops for breaks… for a retiree? Honestly, I’m a bit surprised the dealer is saying you can take it tonight.

That's a good question. I don't know who will perform the PDI, I should ask. I assume stops, yeah. That's why I said at best 3pm. It's only 133 miles but 3 hours is a generous estimate because of the Bay Bridge and the "retiree" status.
