Probably in transit to KC unless it shows as delivered. Mine is like yours, it was due next week and then slipped a month. Mine showed up in KC on 4/8 but no updates since.

Had my dealer run a Vehicle Visibility Report today and confirmed my Mach-E is in KC and could show up next week or late May. As we know, there is no rhyme or reason to Ford's shipping. Hoping it catches the next train east!

GRRRR..... I am in the exact same boat. Also in the Eastern part of the country. Maybe our cars are together - somewhere....

Well, it happened today, I FOUND a Mach E that matched my criteria and purchased it tonight. I could have taken it home but it was too late for the parts department to program my second FOB and there were no mechanics to mount my four wheel lock nuts so I'll pick it up tomorrow. Now for the really hard part where I have to call my original dealer and cancel my order. I hope he doesn't give me any trouble refunding the $500 I put down.

I'm excited but truly worn out as my wife and I didn't think we'd buy it tonight and it took a lot longer then we imagined (we were there over 3 hours). We missed dinner but ate when we got home around 8:30 pm (which is late for us; usually 5:30 pm).

So, not so sadly I'll be leaving this Forum. I hope everyone gets the answers they need and deserve but realize this probably won't happen anytime soon. Good luck everybody!!

PS - I'll be checking this forum from time-to-time to see how those caught up in the ordering madness are holding up.

It’s ordered at Terry’s Ford in Peotone IL. Build date is supposed to be 5-24-2021 but Ford never confirmed that with me. It has everything in my signature except it has extended battery.

Couldn’t stand the wait, and not knowing how the chip shortage is affecting production. I found one, in the specs I wanted, 300 miles from me, so I made a deal on it today.

I picked it up on the 21st. It was a long 17 hour day, driving through snow. My son took his Bolt, so we had to stop more often to charge. I found out the sensors used for the intelligent cruise control can get covered with snow pretty quickly, and then it doesn’t work.

If anyone is looking for one to buy, my original order is scheduled to be built the week of 5/10. It’s a Premium with AWD, Extended Range Battery, Star White with Light Space Grey Interior, and the Protection Package. It will be at Germain Ford in Dublin, OH.

I will be calling my Dealer Monday I order the MME from and canceling my order. Ordered 2-6-21, Build 6-4-21, delivery , who knows when I cant wait any longer. Star White w/ black interior. EX battery Awd.
Wait a minute. Picked up the same car yesterday at Theodore Robins Ford, Costa Mesa.
I started calling on 2-7-21 To try to expedite my ownership. I found 2 dealers . I have another one promised to me being delivered 5-15-21. I guess I'm a lucky guy. That was a least 100 phone calls and constant perseverance to get that done.

Breaking news! I'm going to the BACK OF THE LINE!

My husband placed a new order for an identical MachE on Friday (4/23) because he firmly believes that our original order (reserved 2/27/20, ordered 6/28/20, built 1/18/21, shipped 2/25/21, delivery eta 3/3, then lost into stop ship) has fallen through the cracks and the car sits in a holding area somewhere. My account status says Shipped Complete and Complete Purchase Ready but the car is not at my dealer. They are unable to track it and Ford Customer Service is unwilling to help.

So, a new order is placed at a different dealership and we might receive a MachE sometime before the snow flies next winter. I think whichever order arrives first we should take, but spouse says he's nervous about what could be taking so long to correct on my first order.

BTW, I did some checking of the marketplace and looked at the Audi Etron. Nice car, but I was surprised at the form factor. That is a tank! Too huge for me to feel comfortable. The Mach E is my car of choice, but this process has been incredibly frustrating.

I feel your pain and can commiserate with you! I had enough but instead of ordering another one and going through the same thing, I bought one that somebody had ordered and canceled. It was exactly the car I have on order except for the battery; I got a standard battery and the order that’s pending was changed from a standard to an extended range. Since the car will be our daily drive I took the car. I’m finally very happy with my new Mustang Mach E. Have you tried looking around at what’s available? I found mine on Auto Trader. I paid more for it but now I feel sane again. Like I said before, I’ll NEVER order a car again! I was forced to this time if I wanted a Mustang Mach E and it was a disaster. I offer you my hopes that you have good luck whatever direction you choose.

Got some mixed messages today. First, the FordPass app sent me a notification to Remotely Setup the Mach-E which I did. Second, I got an email from Ford stating it is going to take extra time to deliver the vehicle. New ETA range is 5/23-5/29.

I knew about the ETA being moved back on 4/7 from the Tracker link so I'm not surprised except how late it showed up. Still hoping it shows up earlier as that is what has happened for others on the forum. The email did not mention an extra 250 Kwh of EA charging.

Interesting...very similar to my timelines. Mine was built 3/18 and originally was supposed to deliver tomorrow. New ETA is 5/24-5/30. And no extra 250 KwH of charging for me either. Boo! ?
Also have a Premium IB EXT but AWD.

So I am grumpy, very grumpy and start to lose faith, if I could choose again I would choose not to....
