On March 14th, the train containing my car went through Conneaut, OH. Today it made it to Girard, PA. That's 13 miles in 4 days. I'm beginning to see why this is a 6-7 week trip.

@generaltso - I gotta ask... how do you get such accurate tracking? Please help... Last time my car was visible was when it went through palsapp on Feb 10th. With 3 week past ETA I look eagerly on this forum for any hints how to track but haven't got a clue...

You'll need to get your dealer (or a kind Ford insider on here) to give you a railcar number from the Vehicle Visibility report. Once you have the railcar number, you can track it directly with the rail company. Norfolk Southern has an automated phone system for tracking. Not sure if other rail companies have something similar. Though that just opens up a bunch more questions, like why did it take 4 days to go 13 miles.

Ford updated their lookup to now include a sales order requirement, the tracker will no longer work unless it gets updated to work as such.

Guess I should make the details page live and some notes on how to find that specific order number. And how to bookmark the page with your data…

May not be till tomorrow for that stuff, but the tool does work right now.

Crickets for me again. Dealer says Build Week of May 24th but Ford has not put a date down.

Ditto. Ford says nothing. Dealer says their usual “Don’t know.”.

I called the “Bronco and Mach-E Order Support” number (833-385-0523) from another thread. After an hour on hold they also gave me a firm, unequivocal “We don’t know.”.

Oh yes, the regional rep says.....”I don’t know.”.

I’m just going through the 12 steps of Mach E reservation.

As a GT reservation holder who got bumped to the back of the line by a clerical error on Fords part, I pushed myself to at least step 11. It will get here when it gets here.

I ordered on 8/1, build start 1/24, build complete 2/8, a whole lot of crickets and then last night an email with est delivery of 5/3 to 5/9. I think I'm between 7 and 8 right now.
But the good news is this post made me laugh snort. So I have that!

Nope, the informationI received was from the dealer for the Build Week; nothing official from Ford to me. On the Ford Order Tracker it says N/A for Build Week so I'm hoping that maybe Ford will move me up. Crazy, I know.
