Ditto. Ford says nothing. Dealer says their usual “Don’t know.”.

I called the “Bronco and Mach-E Order Support” number (833-385-0523) from another thread. After an hour on hold they also gave me a firm, unequivocal “We don’t know.”.

Oh yes, the regional rep says.....”I don’t know.”.

Great job Ford!!!
My disappointment reached new heights today. After reaching out, the CS rep at my dealership finally phoned me.
She was nice and promised to find out where my car is.
Built Dec 15, so longer than 3 months ago.
Told me today that it’s never left Mexico, the Rail car number given on palsapp before shows “in storage”
No one knows when it will ship and no one can give me a ETA.
I don’t understand how Ford expects me to react.
Surely feels that they don’t really care. Shut up and wait till whenever, are back out, they have nothing to lose but my business, and as a single customer, means nothing to Ford.
Clearly I’ve been naive to expect more.

I saw a comment in another thread that Dominos does a better job tracking a $10 pizza than Ford does a $60,000 car.

To be fair, your pizza isn't crossing international borders, require special transport equipment, or tons of insurance on the transporters behalf.

Or at least not for your typical pizza

Yikes. This sounds maybe the worst delay.

Great job Ford!!!
Larry - I called the number that was posted for Ford’s Customer Relations and after waiting about 30 minutes I got somebody who took all my information and then put me on hold again for about 15 minutes and told me my car was in preproduction and there is no build week yet. When I told her my dealer on his Customer Order Information program showed the week of May 24th she said I had to be transferred to another department so back on hold but then they hung up on me! Great job Ford - wonderful customer relations! I texted my dealer to check his Retail Order Information sheet again and am waiting for him to respond. I just wish I could get a straight answer from Ford for once. This is very discouraging and I can see why several people on the forum backed out of their orders and bought another brand. I never knew it was going to take this long when I ordered last October (dealer thought January).

To be fair...

For the additional $59,990, I expect them to deal with all that.

My brand loyalty is approaching 0 and my story isn’t nearly as bad as this one.

I have no problem getting a straight answer. The problem is that answer is always “don’t know”.

Except when that straight answer is wrong. How can my dealers “Retail Order Information “ sheet say 5-24-2021 and she tells me its in preproduction and she doesn’t know. Somebody is not telling me the truth and I have a BIG problem with that! I’m looking at the copy of the Selected Order - Retail Order Information and there it is as clear as can be: 5/24/2021. All I want is confirmation by Ford and if they can't give me that then tell me why the Build Week is on the dealers Retail Order Information screen.

As of today I noticed palsapp is showing a dispatched date of today. If that's what I think it means, I may be getting a visitor at the dealership tomorrow. I feel like it has been record time for build to KS to delivery if so. It's getting harder to remain grumpy.

Getting grumpier. Build 12/16 with an ETA of mid January. Held in Mexico for 6 weeks and not shipped until 2/3 with a new ETA of 3/1. Palsapps update showed it leaving KC on 2/23 although it apparently went on its own adventure because it didnt come to Texas (and not on the bolt list either). New ETA this morning of 3/31. I'm patient but its a struggle sometimes.
I feel you on this. My Order Date was 7/14/2020; In-Production 2/11/2021; Built Date 2/22/21; Original Delivery Date 3/25 now 4/24! I was expecting delivery on Friday and now its delayed for a month! It felt so close and now the wait continues.... sigh

Don't mean to rain on your parade but I pretty much stopped trusting these ETA dates...

Mine went into production in 1/12, shipped 1/22, ETA 3/1...
- then ETA moved to N/A... stop ship for unknown reason
- then ETA moved to 3/18
- today 3/24 ETA is still the same...

All Ford tells me is that it left Delaware towards Connecticut (a 290 mile trip) some 10 days ago... I would expect a little more respect, than the "it should come in at any time" that I have been hearing for ever!

Oh yes... dealership sending me crickets....

I guess I’m just lucky. My dealership always responds promptly with a clear and concise “We don’t know.”
