If you don't mind me asking what state is your dealer in? My car arrived at Norfolk Southern Voltz on 6/14. I'm in IL and my eta delivery on Ford says 7/18 to 7/24

I've seen July 12 build weeks reported here for GTs. Wouldn't they be able to leave in July, and get delivered in August or September?

Hopefully, yes, since Ford said late summer. But if any issues arise once production ramps up, Ford could hold them back like they did with many early (non-GT) builds at the beginning of this year.

I remain optimistic that my GT PE, which begins production week of 7/4, will be in my hands late August / early September. Fingers crossed, knock on wood,

How did you determine the railroad/arrived in/ and truck status? I have almost the exact same build date (5/29) and estimated delivery date (7/1 delayed to 7/19).

I got the rail car number from my dealer's Vehicle Visibility Report. That told me the Railroad name. It is Kansas City Southern. It is the only one that services the factory.

Since the truck delivered it on Jun 15 I assumed it arrived in Kansas City on Jun 15.
Birmingham, MO is a suburb of Kansas City.

Just checked. It appears that my mme was in the same June 15 delivery as yours. That it's going to take 5 weeks transit to make it to my dealer is hard imagine so I'm hoping that some of that time is spent fixing quality issues. Thanks for the info.

Hrrmphffff. I'm new here. Just got the same email regarding my GT-PE.
Reserved in Dec - Ordered in April - Order number has lots of digits - stuck in "Accepted by Dealer" blah blah blah.

What's so funny is that I don't actually need it until next May when my Energi lease is up, yet here we are....

I got the same email this morning about my GT order. I thought it was good of them to provide an update, even though I only ordered a little over 2 weeks ago. When I ordered, ford.com told me to expect a wait of 28+ weeks. Today, they are saying (I think) that I should expect delivery by New Year's Eve, which would be right on track - i.e. slightly over 28 weeks from when I ordered.

Seems like good news, albeit not much news. I'll circle December 25 on my calender, and I'll try to be grumpier next time I post here.

I got a bmw x3 plug-in hybrid to tide me over. Starting to think the plug-in hybrid is the way to go over pure electric.

At least until my GTP is ready

I am getting to hate having to charge my Fusion Energi twice daily (once over night, once right after work). That’s what prompted me to go for the MME. No more PHEVs for me. All-electric or hi-po ICE for me.
