The hardest part of the wait is my wandering eye starts trying to rationalize things I can live without in EVs that I can take delivery of today (or much sooner at least). I'm still holding strong, but that Polestar 2 is looking enticing.

Right - the reservation page doesn't display you your VIN / window sticker.

To get your VIN, you can either ask your salesman or someone else at your dealership, or you can extract it using the process here:

Once you have the VIN, plug it into the tracker on this forum that I mentioned in my previous post. You'll get more information that the reservation page provides as well as a link to view your window sticker.

Unfortunately, like I say, it may not do a lot to alleviate your frustration because you are nearly certain to see "ETA End Date" (which is the date the vehicle is expected to reach your dealership) of 10/31 just like everyone else is seeing right now. But, at least you'll know more detail than you do now.

With that said, mine had a production date of 7/10/21 and a finish date of 10/31. I guess I will be driving around my wife's minivan for a while longer. Ugh.

Placed an order back in April. My dealer insisted I'd have a build date by late May, "first week of June at the latest". I just check in once a month now to remind him that I'm still interested in the car.

Same here. I've never seen a Mach E in the wild until today, when I saw TWO (Grabber Blue and Red).

I did get an email from Ford saying to complete my purchase online, but so far I haven't heard anything from the dealership. I may call tomorrow to confirm they actually have the car.

Just a heads up my production date was 7/8/21 and originally had an 8/25/21 End Date ETA on the tracker when I looked on 7/9. This changed on 7/13 to 10/31/21 and when I talked with my dealer today they said the vehicle is complete, but waiting on a chip install. Based on this and past comments on this board, sounds like 10/31 may be an upper limit.
