I'm not actually expecting any news until December. Just saw a reminder of this thread and thought I would update.

Well, that expectation was wrong.

I just got an email from Ford with an expected production date of 10 January 2021.

Jones Valley Ford in Camp Verde. Ours is only either the first or second Mustang Mach-E they've ordered. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing regarding dealer prioritization by Ford. So far, they have been decent to deal with, though it was definitely new to them. They required me to drive down (about an hour from our home) to sign paperwork before they would finalize the order, and that took about a week+ to arrange for work/family reasons. They did tell me over email before I ordered that they would accept X-Plan, which is one of the reasons I went with them.

You might be the only instance that I've heard of someone ordering and getting their confirmation email from Ford on the same day. Congrats! Now to settle in for the long wait.

I'm still waiting on that magical scheduled production week to pop up.

I was just going through my spam mail and found this from FORD. The day I placed my order at the dealer. FORD sent me this enail. Heres 2 snippets. I heard from FORD the same day to in a email to. Dont know if it means anything. But it was nice to find. And now I know be looking in my spam mail to.

I purchased my MME at Homer Skelton also in April this year. I have about 7500 miles on it and having more fun than I ever have had with a car. Good people to deal with at HS Ford.

Tomorrow is scheduling Thursday, and I am hopeful that a whole bunch of us who ordered om 10/1 or after will get our production dates.

I ordered on 10-18. Dont you think its a bit early to get a date for anything? I am only guessing by reading what folks have been posting here. Seems some wait a lloonngg time. Frankly, I would be elated to hear something. Party time ..?

Guys & Gals: sorry for not posting sooner that I ordered 10/1 at my dealer, 10/1 confirmed by Ford. An SB GT. I received two emails from Ford last Thursday 11/4. The first email said my production week is 1/10/22. The second email just hours later said my production week is 1/3/22.

Well, crap. Guess the scheduler's union negotiated them a holiday today. Good news for them, but not for us.

I got an email on 11/4 as well. It said my production date will be 1/17/22.
I ordered a Red GT.

Not holding my breath, but getting the car sometime in March would be great.

Not a lot of evidence but it seems to be that GTs are getting scheduled before other models right now.

So there was no scheduling this week (11/8) due to Veteran's Day, none next week (11/15) for some obscure reason, and then none the week after (11/22) due to Thanksgiving. So when oh when are we going to get some scheduling done for 2022s?
