Yeah, uses a motion sensor to record when someone is nearby. Handy in parking garages. I didn't trust the 12V in the Mach E, though, so I don't use my motion sensor (it plugged into the OBD port).

This is the best idea I’ve heard in a long time. Please keep us posted. Subjectively, it is better than using the screen button (even one provided in the latest update) and more useful than a self-park feature.

What do you mean when you say you “disabled the parking mode”?

It’s about Dashcam parking mode. Unfortunately, Dashcam drains the battery in this mode. To prevent it I installed physical button to turn off parking mode when the car is in my garage.

I disagree, for someone who sees and is bothered by every chip on the hood, PPF is a must. Especially on NJ roads.

Your car looks great. I am thinking of removing the back wiper, too. How involved was that?

I would install PPF as well, but it’s overpriced. My opinion, not worth it to invest in PPF 10% of the car price, especially when the resale price falling down.
I followed this video from YouTube. The car is different but the hole cover and the installation process is the same.

Also, the wheels without the aero covers look absolutely gorgeous.

I installed it a month ago, when found the article about $200 ticket for this. Furthermore I also installed CAV decals.
