Actually BC free for a year from the activation date. You can see the expiration date on the Ford Website under Connected Services. The date you see on the Sync screen is the expiration date of the BC maps. The maps expire every 6 months and an OTA will come around October with the new maps and an updated date.

Strange I do not see any BC Expiration under Connected Services website. Only things I see are these (by date of purchase is 07/31/2021)

What does your Software version say.

For Bluecruise it is the same Adaptive Cruise except now the instrument cluster in front turns blue. Let me know as I went thru 2.5 weeks of this process and maybe I can help.

Yes then you may have the same issue as mine (Stuck v1.7.1). For mine it was a bad APIM module, once they ordered a new one, swapped it, all FDRS updates went thru and I am at Powerup 2.5.3 with Bluecruise. Now I can schedule OTA on multiple days, and got the Apple Turn by Turn on the Inst Cluster and the Center Console screen is much snappier.

My Bluecruise screen does not look like this, but it is entire blue and worked 100% handsfree. I will try calling into Ford and maybe they have to activate it and then I get the screen what you have. Will keep this thread updated.

Yeah when my car was in the shop I could see all alerting when they did work. Also someone having FDRS can pull logs to what all they did also.

Come on Ford, expand the OTA update, it seems to be the only one that’s actually working.
