A bit of a cheap hit piece. She never called me back to do an interview. Maybe the reporter didn't like the fact that I said Ford fixed the issue quickly and there hasn't been a problem since.

I don't think the article is nearly as bad as the headline. Maybe it will push Ford to improve communication with owners/prospective owners.
