I doubt an Illinois car is on this train. Cars headed to southern Illinois are trucked from KC and those headed farther north would not use this rail line (I don't think). This line heads due east, I think trains to the Chicago area take a more northeasterly line through the Quad Cities.
Thanks for the comforting words. My dealer who had previous Mach Es all went to norfolk Southern Voltz and then roughly 2 weeks later showed up at dealership. That was the only thing that showed up on palsapp, that it arrived at norfolk Southern Voltz. Nothing else.
I honestly think ours would have left already. Trying to get a hold of my salesman for a vehicle visibility report.
According to article train was headed to Decatur Illinois which is in central Illinois. I think it would have Illinois cars. For anybody waiting for your car in Illinois I hope you receive your car on time and in good shape.
It's local news...I suspect it mentioned Decatur to give local folks a common reference point. I don't think it necessarily means that Decatur was the final destination.
Didn’t know that about cars passing through Decatur to places other then Illinois and I’m with you on hoping nobody has a car that is damaged.
