Trip planner gone from Ford Pass app

My trip planner just disappeared from the App. I’ve got a case open with Ford, but wondering if this happened to anyone else?

When I enter a destination in the map in FordPass, it now offers to open either Apple Maps or google maps. Not sure if that was the behavior before?

I do get that , but the ford based route planning is gone.

I have FordPass 4.21.0 (android) and trip planner is active, saving destinations in SYNC: navigator > myTrips.
If a destination is selected in the map without using trip planner, it offers to open any navigation app installed on the mobile phone.

Update, so far Ford support has been unhelpful. I have a case open and got one email saying send a screen shot . Otherwise , I still do not have a trip planner in my Ford pass app. Ford is still Ford.
