I received a complementary package of Triple Care (Tire, Dent & Windshield) from Ford Customer Experience Specialist as appreciation to my Early Access participation (? - I think this is how I got this offer but I really have no clue) and decided to request to repair a small door dent.... It was not the most thrilling experience ... the 800 number I called could not find any reference that I was included in this care protection plan, so they gave me another 800 to call and this time I was told none of the so called "complementary" plan was yet to be approved. Anyone has claimed and successfully got the repair as requested?

This offer actually isn't valid in Florida, because of Florida warranty laws, I'm surprised you got notice that you got it, is your address for Ford outside of Florida?. They sent out a notice to dealers no one from Florida could claim it. I wish I could find that notice again.

It does not seem to be related to EA participation at all. It seems that about half the 2021 owners received the offer.

When you call the 800 number there is a specific mention if you are located in Florida, but there was no other restrictions as far I could remember. I was not aware that this is not valid in Florida.

Iā€™m going through a similar experience now, I called the 800 number in the contract agreement, explained it had come from Ford as a gift, they had no record of my name or VIN. I then called the 800 number in the email (from the Mach e team) and the Ford person after five or ten minutes told me I had to take it to any Ford Dealer to initiate the claim. Took my ā€˜21 Mach E in for its 40,000 mile service yesterday, explained all this to the service manager, and he calls me today and tells me that he canā€™t seem to find any coverage either. I asked if he talked to the Mach e team that sent the email, and of course he didnā€™t, so I forwarded him the email and asked him to please keep trying. I was thrilled to get the email, but now Iā€™m starting to wonder if it would be less aggravation to just pay for the paintless dent repair myself! Ford has become great at getting my hopes up, feeling like now though they have no follow through or process in place to administrate this program.
*Updateā€¦Service manager just called and stated the Mach E team told him that the enrollments and claims are not yet set up, and they expect at least another two weeks before they will know when and how to process these claims. If anyone hears anything different Iā€™d love to hear about it!

I had the dealer so a small dent PDR a few weeks ago. It went through fine. He was able to see the coverage on an OASIS report:

I discovered that mine was added to my 2021 (sold in July) instead of my 2022 (email said 2022). I got a contact to move it to the 2022, which took weeks. It shows in FDRS, but not in my FordPass app or on Ford.com.

I have mine in for Cosmetic Damage on one wheel. Service advisor is having difficulty confirming coverage. Also telling me coverage is not effective for the first 90 days. Not sure what date they are starting the exclusion from, but I don't see anything about a waiting period? Contract says it is effective on Signature date of page 1, but I never received a page number one?

Regular TireCare, which included in the TripleCare that Ford gifted to some of us, excludes cosmetic damage. For cosmetic coverage, you need TireCare Plus.

There is no 90-day waiting period. I don't know when the coverage began - these policies are expressly designed to only be available at the time of sale of the vehicle, so I don't know if the coverage goes back that far, or if it only goes back to November 2022 when the coverage was gifted to us. The terms don't address that. But pre-existing damage that predates the coverage is expressly excluded, so you might have difficulty getting coverage for damage that predates November 2022.

A few days ago, I called 800-321-7790, gave them my VIN, and they confirmed the coverage. I was then told to schedule an appointment with my Ford dealership body shop. I'm headed there tomorrow to remove a handful of door dings that I've all collected (ahem) in the past couple of months.

As a parent who parks in crowded soccer field parking lots several times per week, the DentCare is gonna prove invaluable. I only wish I could use the TireCare to fix some curb rash to the rims.

Let us know how it turns out.

Just in the last week I was able to get my PDR claim paid. The issue is the coverage is not showing up in the third party vendors system. I believe they have found a fix but I got an email that only mine and 4 other VINs had been added.

The Cosmetic Damage issue for wheels is confusing, at least for me. The policy document they provided with the original message states Cosmetic Damage is covered:

Ford Mustang Mach-E Triple Care ... claims - anyone? 1675789357828

Dealer couldn't get claim submitted. I called the claims number myself and had more success. Separate claim for wheel and dent without paint damage. Could not get dent in hood fixed due to it having metal and paint damage.

Warranty does not show up in my FordPass app.

The claims representative indicated Mach E customers who were gifted coverage are experiencing difficulty when requesting repairs. Dealer said the coverage is showing in OASIS.

I thought it was a very nice gesture on Ford's part to extend this kind of coverage. Not sure why the process is so clunky?

Dealer was able to confirm 3 Yr Triplecare-Group 1, Loyal Mach-E Customer appeared in OASIS for my VIN. Claims was not able to verify but submitted claims with requests to get coverage into their system, something different than OASIS is what they use for claims. Will see if wheel damage and dent without paint damage gets repaired.

There was no waiting period, but it apparently is a very slow process for coverage to get from one system to the Claims system, apparently can take up to 90 days to process?

Does it not show up on the app? Mine is under service > warranty > ford protect. Granted I paid for dentcare myself to fix a small dent and it paid for itself already. Paintless Dent companies wanted $250 to fix a small dent. The 5 year coverage I brought was less than that...

No, we don't see it listed there.
