For some reason Ford is being weird and not letting me print it out so I just am attaching screenshots as well as the normal copy+paste.

This is NOT the recall for the roof/windshield reseal. This is separate.

Glass Roof - Wind Noise From Upper Windshield Area Above 45 MPH (72 Km/H) - Built On Or Before 15-Feb-2021
Model:

Ford
2021 Mustang Mach-E

Issue: Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on or before 15-Feb-2021 may exhibit a wind noise turbulence noise at the top of the windshield when traveling above 45 mph (72 km/h). This may be due to the underflush condition of the windshield to glass roof at the top header area being greater than maximum spec of 4.4 mm. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to install the weather strip/moulding.

Action: Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:

• 2021 Mustang Mach-E
• Equipped with a glass roof
• Built on or before 15-Feb-2021
• Wind noise from the upper windshield area when traveling above 45 mph (72 km/h)

Interesting. I guess I'll have the dealer do this eventually when they do the windshield/roof recalls.
That would be a great time to get stuff like this done. While I don't have the wind noise issue on my car, a lot of folks do, and many of us have a laundry list of minor (enough) issues covered by TSMs and SSMs that could get done at the same when it goes in for the "My roof hasn't flown off yet" recall.

By the time all of the TSB's come out, my dealer will need to keep the MME for a week.

I have 3 or 5 TSMs that are applicable for various reasons. None particularly important or I'd have had them done earlier. And since I live on Hawaiian time, 3 weeks. Smoke signals to Dearborn take longer. :)

So, my MME was built in mid-May 2021, yet I’ve received a recall notice for this fix. Don’t get it

I did notice significant reduction of wind noise moving from my Dec build FE to my GT that was built in Sept. Glad they identified the issue and will be fixing it!

This is different from the recall. The recall is to apply extra adhesive to the glass roof.

I didn’t think Hawaiians communicated via smoke signals? I thought that was only some of the peoples who lived in the Americas before the Europeans arrived with all their “modern conveniences” ???

Ahh I remember when….
6 months ago everyone was complaining about the wind noise from the roof and PAAK. Now it’s the update schedule and no frunk button. How things change.
I think a lot of us already stuffed weather stripping in there.

Wow - a lot of complaints are turning into service bulletins. The good ol' days of people measuring noise and annoyance inside the vehicle lol...

Next up... screen humming!!!
