This may be due to software in the image processing module A (IPMA). The revised IPMA calibration is currently not available.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure to confirm eligibility of the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:

• One of the following vehicles:
- 2021 F-150 vehicles built on or before 22-Jul-2021 at Dearborn Truck Plant
- 2021 F-150 vehicles built on or before 08-Oct-2021 at Kansas City Assembly Plant

Warranty Status: Information Only – Not Warrantable.
Repair/Claim Coding
Causal Part:IN
Condition Code:04
Service Procedure
1. Is only DTC U3000:49 present in the IPMA and does the vehicle also exhibit indications of a low battery voltage condition such as DTC U3003 present in other modules or an engine no crank/no start concern?
(1). Yes - this article does not apply. To clear the DTC, download and run the Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Learned Values application in Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Then run the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Alignment application immediately after. The IPMA should not be replaced for this condition. Check for OASIS messages for low battery voltage and continue with diagnostics for low battery voltage.
(2). No - proceed to Step 2.
2. Are DTCs U2107:68 and/or U3000:89 present, and only present after performing an IPMA self-test?
(1). Yes - this article does not apply. Clear the DTC and only perform diagnostics for U2107:68 and/or U3000:89 if these DTCs set outside of an IPMA self-test.
(2). No - proceed to Step 3.
3. Revised IPMA calibration is not currently available. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by the end of March 2022. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

“engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by the end of March 2022.”

So, hopefully this month. My APIM has a check sum error from the last failed OTA.

Mine is throwing these DTCs and I’m getting the Reverse Brake Assist Unavailable message every time I start the vehicle.

Seems like I'm affected by this, my build date fits is in range and I have experienced some of these random errors mentioned in the TSB. Just another thing to bring me back to my dealership to resolve unless they can push an update via OTA.

I have an appointment next week for the front camera fault, front collision not working and a bunch of other stuff found here. If I understand correctly, there's no fix yet and I should not waste my time at the dealer?

They’d still run a self test to check if there are any DTC’s and clear them and recheck. But if it doesn’t fix it then, yeah, it would be a waste of time.

Is there any update on the TSB yet?
It seems like they released new IPMA programming a few days ago but they haven't released any additional documentation.

After applying the available IPMA update over the weekend, My car has not had any DTC's at all.

Before that update my car would throw at least one DTC on every drive related to cameras or IPMA.

So I have a bevy of DTC on my recent check. There is an OTA that should solve them?

Unfortunately lost communication codes are somewhat normal, and aren't really a cause for concern. You can bring it to the dealer for an IPMA update but your codes don't match the TSB. Or you could just wait several months until the BlueCruise OTAs get applied to your vehicle.
