Yeah, it's not. But they sure could make it appear that they're more human by spicing up their replies a bit. Maybe ask for a little more info to get a handle on the problem before pasting the standard "send me your VIN and dealer info" response? Or maybe even lend some helpful advice, like "Don't worry, that's just the normal pedestrian sound". I know the folks that work in Ford's social media group don't necessarily have a Mach-E at home to play with, but I don't think it's too much for them to know some very basic info about it if they're going to be put in charge of communicating with owners and enthusiasts on this forum.

That's cause this isn't run by that team, it's run by a completely different group in a different department in a different area

Sounds like that's the problem. I appreciate the participation, but it really defeats the purpose when the posts are so lethargic.

Yeah, agreed. But they work with what theyā€™ve got, Ford needs more training. Let people borrow a vehicle for a week, etc.

No good for us, as soon as they learn youā€™re not in the US they donā€™t want to help anymore. They need to learn theyā€™re a GLOBAL brand and should operate as one.

I'm taking mine in to the dealer for this tomorrow. I've been waiting for it for what seems like forever. I've read through this post and the only things I've seen that I should tell the dealership are "Make sure FDRS is updated before beginning" and "Please update modules (ADIM?) when it's complete. Anything else I should know, besides that telling them these things will probably make me look like a tool? :)

Some other things to check.
What is your Sync 4A Software Version?
Does the car have faster DC charging over 80% (about 43kW just above 80% rather than the steep drop to 11kW).
Looks like you got it. But do you have Notes?
So my car did get the faster DCFC rate past 80% about a month ago when the dealer only partially applied the 21P22 update. Was getting about 34kW at an EA station, even past 90% SoC.
Thanks to a wiki posted by @Gullwingdmc and posts by other fine forums members here, I can conclude that I must be on Ford Power-Up version 2.3.0. My Sync software is Version: 21281_PRODUCT | Revision: 244

In addition to the graphical changes mentioned, I have Sketch (which used to be Notes I guess). I also have Tiles and the Blocks game. I can push/hold volume knob in to turn on Calm Screen. I don't think I have calculator, which I thought was supposed to be in 1.7.1 - unless they later removed it.

My local dealer said wait till April 23 for the fix at the earliest as they are busy and unknown on when they will do the recall for glass - said they are in dispute with Ford on how to handle payment and labor to pay the glass company that does the fix.

Guess I have to now go looking for a dealer further away

Absolutely correct per my experience. Got my recall service done with 21P22, they said everything done. Got info from this forum that some modules werenā€™t updated on mine. Took it back and then the service guy said oh yeah I was having trouble. After a day of having the car there, he said oh we didnā€™t get to it as we got busy with other things. Now 3rd day and no response. So yes they just donā€™t want to deal with this and donā€™t know what to do.
This is exactly what's happening to me. Entering my third week of the service department having my car, and they won't even answer the phone anymore. The customer service specialist I'm working with hadn't been able to get through until today. It's clear they either have no idea what they're doing, or they don't want to bother servicing these cars.

3 local dealerships within 45 minutes. One refusing to do it. One saying it could be a "long time before we have the tools to do it and we can't use yours and we'll let you know" and the last one refusing to return calls. I gave this company $55k.
