OMG - THIS IS TOTALLY INSANE

My original order number (19/11/19) for the Grabber Blue FE was 100092XX

My 2nd order for the Carbonised Grey AWD ER was 105637XX

The email from Rebecca states that my Order Number 100092XX has a VIN of WF0TR1RM4MMA19XX

When I put the new VIN into my Ford Pass Account is comes up as a Carbonised Grey MME (does not state what model).

They literally have no idea what they are doing. This is incompetence to a level I have never experienced anywhere.

I have no idea what car will end up in Lagos on the 16th April. Is it a Grey FE? Is it a Blue FE, Is it a Grey AWD ER? Who knows?

This is going to be a fun ride!

I called Rebecca's phone. Hannah answered. I told her that the ship is going to be in Lagos on the 16th April and that the VIN they quoted was for a grey car not Grabber as per the quoted Order number.

I really have no idea what to think. This mis-information is quite pathetic.

My confusion comes from the fact Rebecca told me my car is currently on the Gral San Martin and that it is headed to Antwerp (while she said yours was going to be on it). Not sure how both can be true, unless the boat is doing rings around the Gulf of Mexico...

Have you tried wonky's vin finder from that order number? It might be the wrong vin.

She didn't say it was on it. The email said that the vessel will be in Antwerp on the 16th April.

Just did that - the car with that VIN is a Grey RWD SR so not mine at all.

So I've gone from Happy to Confused and now to Gutted. That email has completely messed with head further. Who when or if I will ever get the car I ordered.

I had an old VIN that is now no longer active which said in production. What I have been told by the Concierge is that the VIN changed when I switched a dealer.

I really have no idea what has happened. I will wait for clarity as they are investigating what has gone on.

I can only imagine that they are as confused as you are. With all your orders, cancellations and changes I'm surprised anyone knows who is having what. Even I have lost track on what you actually want. ??
