Oooh we don't get emails (as we changed dealer we are seen as an offline sale ans they can't work out how to get emails to us...). What does this mean? Do you think there may be a change in time scales?
I'm really not 100% sure, but I forwarded it to Hannah to check this was the start of the emails I'd get once the QA process was complete and the vehicle was ready to making the final stages of the journey, and she confirmed that. Judging by the Vista updates of earlier vehicles, eg @Wonky_Donkey and @portlandg (enjoy tomorrow guys!!!!!) I think mine has now completed all the Antwerp stages and is just waiting to go 'Compound Out' and get on the boats to Flushing, then Dagenham. My final Antwerp 'Compound In' was exactly 2 weeks after @Wonky_Donkey 's, and he's picking his up tomorrow - so I'm thinking if I'm lucky then it will be 2 weeks from now, but maybe 3 or 4...

I understand tomorrow is our regular status update day, however I am not available tomorrow so I have checked for you today instead.



Your vehicle is currently still in Antwerp undergoing the quality control checks. They are taking longer than expected with a slight delay, simply due to the amount of cars being processed. There is nothing wrong with your car, I can assure you of this as there are no extra quality checks being carried out.



I understand this is not the news you wished to hear, for which I do apologise for this as I know how frustrated you are. I am checking regularly for further progress as we go along.

So either @BlackheathDiggs has been lucky and sneaked through ahead, or Ford's system has maybe sent the email in error? Who knows?!?!

Just wanted to say massive good luck to @Wonky_Donkey and @portlandg on getting your cars tomorrow, made up for you, jealous at the same time! Thanks for all your guidance so far! Looking forward to seeing the pictures and reviews tomorrow!! Can you do a Facebook Live ?
I believe a zoom meeting is being setup and the local newspaper is also invited along with Alan Partridge.

Looks like we'll have to wait until Thursday as Hannah is otherwise engaged tomorrow!

Preordered in September, ordered in December, came over on Grande Florida, was due for delivery week of 18th June. Mine is a SR RWD.

And there is a delay so you wont get it in June? Or just a worry?
She didn't say, the email above is all the wording that we have been given which is worse than being told nothing. I am majorly annoyed with her and the whole situation at the moment.

Well the Ford systems are so unpredictable I could easily be in the same boat!

I think she's been thrown in at the deep end and she's not far out of uni. I was at a point recently when I was going to give her a piece of my mind. I'm glad I didn't as it's always the help desk staff who take the flack for the people who hide behind the scenes from any scrutiny.

As I'm old enough to know better and a generation above, giving her a hard time doesn't sit well.

I just got similar... apparently my car needs nearly 3 months in Antwerp.... arrived Grand Houston, expected dealer end June - Its a total joke.
