Like @Wonky_Donkey I have had access to securialert for a few weeks. Still have it with the latest app update. Perhaps it's a RWD/AWD thing. Mine and Big Red are RWD ER and I know Big Blue is an AWD ER

Thank you @portlandg and @Wonky_Donkey it's really odd but my Ford Pass definitely doesn't mention Securialert in either of those places!!! You don't have to activate anything in the car do you?

hi Steve, mine has never shown this message either, I have done nothing with app, not even sure what version it is.

Checked my Ford Pass an hour ago and the 'Alert' was there, showing no faults thankfully'
My car is a RWD ER. phone is a Huawei P30Pro so Android.

BUT the app never worked properly before then, and having spoken to my dealer yesterday I deleted and re-installed it and it was the upgraded version that was installed. Now it seems to work ok. (for the moment...)

My charger is working fine £27 from tool station 32amp supply giving me 7kw/h same as most smart chargers which are getting installed
?
I’ve done the same at work, but makes me wonder what protection is in the Ford box if anything at all.

Just got back from the Fully Charged Event at Farnborough. Didn’t see any other Mustang Mach-E, other than mine and the one at the Ford stand.
The cue to get in and parked was long, add 30mins to your journey if your going.

Same....Asked the same question several weeks ago ie Android App & Ford Website, both show the missus car pic but not the MME pic, tried deleting & starting again but no joy.

I have the same issue, are you trying to add a first edition? As the other MME AWD LR I’ve added shows without issue but the FE no image.

Fun afternoon-

I wanted to take the car up to Colliford Lake (Bodmin Moor) as it's a nice backdrop for photos. I managed to convince Ruthie to come along. Had a nice time there, chatting to people who showed interest in the car. Took some photos then headed back west. Drove past Bodmin, then the St Austell turn off down to The Roche/Victoria turn off by Cornwall services. Swung around to the North and headed back towards Bodmin along the Old Coach road. Quickly found a layby, parked up and got Ruthie installed behind the wheel. Set up her profile and preferences and off she drove.

Now this is a great road to test a car, straight, smooth and deserted for a couple of miles.

Getting to the end of the road that finishes at a R'bout connecting the A30 , our road and the road down to Lanivet on the way home- crap happens...

There we we were cruising happily along and this idiot Biker came round the blind bend 75 yds in front us (a left hand bend for him) The pratt was going so fast he had trouble making the bend. He just managed it, taking up our side of the road, but omg- that could have been 3 deaths, 4 if you count the Mustang.

Shaken doesn't describe it.

Gamely Ruthie continued driving the last few miles home. She loved the car...

Shit happens but it could have been worse. I hope the idiot biker has spent a couple hours cleaning the excrement out of his leathers

Anyway- here's a few photos-

Nice! Our great SW weather this afternoon shows her off well! Sorry to hear about the biker scare…. As a lifelong motorcyclist (as well as car enthusiast!) I despair of those bikers who don’t understand their own limitations…. Glad it was all OK…

This is the day that keeps giving- good and bad (see previous post)

Some may recall that I'd had problems getting the welcome lights to work. Cracked it!
All down to an improperly set up key profile. Partly me and my dealer. On the roadside I set up Ruthie's key this afternoon (I kept it in a faraday bag until then)

Straightaway I got asked to set a profile for this key. Did that (easy) and we were good to go.

20 mins ago I took her key outside and guess what? Welcome and puddle lights all worked as advertised-deep joy!

Then I swapped her key for mine and De Nada, no welcome lights at all. So tomorrow I'm going to start again and set the keys up properly. I had a sneaking feeling about this but kept it quiet.

Captain numpty is tired and going to bed- more tomorrow on the MME adventure I expect! ( that's if you can stand it...)

Mine is the same - the app update is showing it is now available but it does not show up within the app itself (iOS). Wonder whether the car needs an OTA update to tie in with it....?

Well funnily enough I just went out to the car and turned it on - and then refreshed my FordPass app - and hey presto, Securialert appeared in the app. I can now turn it on and set schedules.....

Oo will do that. However it seems it does exactly the same as the home assistant integration that I have now. I get notifications every time I lock or unluck the car. My wife knows all my movements now.
