The app has always been stuck on Detroit Time for me, but seems be correct to UK time.
Post code is still incorrect on the app too, but I just ignore that now.
None of the above seems to effect the car.
app stuck to DT time for me too. in car setting seems to work fine.

There were reports a while ago from some on here saying that they were having issues with their drivers door e latch and that the button wasn't working but when they pressed the rear door button both doors opened.
Well, last week I started having the same issue. I also had a problem that my car wasn't "waking up" when I approached the car with my key in my pocket. Anyway I spoke with my dealer and today it went in to see if they could find the problem.
It appears that there were several dealer updates that needed to be done, one of which took 2 1/2 hours. The issue with these dealer updates is that other than the guys at Ford who programme these updates no-one knows that they need doing until the car gets hooked up to the system. My
dealer wasn't aware that these needed doing nor was I.
My recommendation is that if you guys are having ANY Issues then get into your dealer and get him to investigate.
Anyway, so far so good. Everytime I have approached my car since it wakes up and says hello. Time will tell how long it lasts.

I had that issue some months back. I fixed it with removing the battery and connecting again.

Hello guys. A newbie here. Having issues with the battery on my MME, the car has done about 1.4k miles. Noticed that with every full charge, the displayed range is coming down. First 100% charge showed 235 miles on the screen but delivered about 200 miles. This morning full battery displayed 182 miles and delivered around 160. Any idea what's going on, please? I am using the same charger provided by char.ge @22.2kwh. Many thanks.

The car’s range predictor can be quite pessimistic, and it seems lots of our cars are responding to colder weather with lower range estimates. But, see if you’re average miles/kWh figures or actual range driven changes much. It may not be as low as is being estimated.

Thanks for a quick response. It should be around 260 miles at full charge, shouldn't it? of course the delivered/actual mileage will always vary depending on the weather and driving habits.
Delivered miles in my case are a third of what is declared by ford, would be great to hear from others of what sort of mileage is displayed on your screen after a full charge. Just to clarify that mine is a standard range, RW drive. Thanks

I can’t comment directly as I have extended range RWD - am doing some road tripping this weekend so will see if there are big changes due to lower temps.

With a 273 mile WLTP range for a SR RWD, I’d assume 220-250 to be a good target range in milder weather, slipping down a bit in the cold depending on use. 160 miles does seem pretty poor in that context.

My experience with the SR RWD has been around 230-250 in good weather with careful driving. As the temperature has plumetted the last couple of days we've been getting estimations of 160 to 180 miles. Unfortunately that's just the reality of driving an EV in the cold.

If you are charging to 100% then try resetting your driving history. The range estimator goes by your previous driving style, weather and temperatures so by resetting the system should up your estimated range.

the range on my car is supposed to be around 210. When the car was new I was charging to 80% and getting 190 miles of range. ( I thought that was odd since it should have been around 168)
That was in warmer weather 85 degrees. Now we're in the 50's and an 80% charge is showing 159.
It went from great to now below average.
Also, the percentage vs miles to empty is now off too.
Today it said 24% and 40 miles to empty.
If you extrapolate that it would put the range charged to 100% at 170 miles. That's 40 miles below what Ford says.
I'm thinking the colder weather has something to do with all this, but if it persists, back to the dealer for a checkup, and maybe they can sync it back to factory.

The figures are all estimates esp the Remaining Range and are also influenced by use of heating etc

Also your range reduces if you go onto high speed places e.g. motorway use compare to in town driving.

Expecting exact/precise estimates will get you nowhere. Did we do this with petrol cars? Measuring use against the estimate of range after we filled up?
