Good Morning Everyone,

New to the forum, and to the Mustang Mach E (I know I’m a bit behind but trying to catch up!)

I have so many questions so apologies in advance! (I’m spenging my days traipsing the internet & YouTube)

I’m hopefully placing an order this week (Company Car through Lex) for the RWD SR, (Only option I get unfortunately.)

It looks like the option list is limited so is it correct I wont be able to get 360 cams, elec boot, panoramic roof, B&O sound etc? (Looks like in USA its an option pack but not in UK?)

Has anyone seen any YouTube’s of the SR RWD? (Everything I have seen so far has been premium / ER AWD)

Am I right in thinking the SR RWD only comes with a Rear Camera for reversing? (No front cam?)

It's a nice shot - just in case anybody missed it - it was posted by Henry Ford Academy. They are the national centre of "training & excellence" for the Ford UK Dealer Network apparently.

Green plates only came into effect on 6th December 2020 - and are optional.

They might have decided to not have them I guess.... or the car could have been registered before 6th Dec?

Well another day and another fob off from Evans Halshaw.
Got a message from the dealer last thing on Friday night asking me to call him back. Couldn’t call him at weekend.
Tried him today and was advised that it was his day off. Despite asking if anyone else was able to help me they weren’t interested. Dealer on the phone just told he would leave a message for him to get back to me.
My grip on this car (and my sanity) is loosening by the day!
It’s now over 7 weeks since ‘confirming’ my order. I’m not expecting miracles, just to be treated like my custom is important.
Will see what tomorrow brings???

I’ve seen lots of comments about the unreliability of using phone as a key, and also that our friends over the pond only get one key fob. I think I read somewhere that phone as a key is not available to us in the UK due to insurance reasons. Is that right? Do you think we’ll get two fobs if that’s the case?

I stopped using them 3 years ago when they didn't turn up to collect my car for a service and complaining to their complaints department and branch manager got me nowhere. That was the Altrincham one.

I'd taken the day off work and waited in all day.

Just had a reply from Rebecca. PAAK is NOT available in the UK due to insurance reasons and we should get 2 fobs

As it would seem that you access PAAK through you Ford Pass app it will be interesting to see what other functions that we are supposed to get won't work. I have the app for my current car and had 3 years free subscription to live travel updates. In the whole three years it never worked once. The multiple times I contacted an 'agent' the response was the same. Delete the app and reinstall, if that doesn't work contact your dealer with help connecting to sync 3. I didn't need help connecting to sync3, I could connect perfectly fine, it was the live travel updates that didn't work, so I am not holding out much hope that things will be any better with the MME

Hmmm - curious

Checked multiple browser types and devices and it's definitely blank now. Previous screenshot was from 29th December 2020 (yes I'm sad and I take screenshots every few days just in case something changes!)
