I've encountered an issue where I get an error message when attempting to tie my phone to my profile. When you select the pencil icon next to the profile name, one of the options is to add a phone to the profile. When you do this the system asks you to press the lock button in the FordPass app. When I do this, I get this message.
I have ensured that my phone is connected via Bluetooth. It is connected via PAAK with no issue, and I was able to add my wife's phone with no problem to her profile. I've wiped the system and started over from scratch with the same result. Any ideas?
