Unable to turn on Cross Traffic Alert

Title says it all. It's turned off, and no matter how many times I hit the toggle, nothing happens.

I thought maybe it's always enabled when blind spot monitoring is on, so I turned that off and...nope, still can't turn on cross-traffic alert.

In that video where Sean shows you all around Sync 4 it's clearly toggled on so clearly it's an implemented feature.

This feature saved my bacon a few times in my Bolt so I'd really like to have it...

I would contact your dealership.
It is supposed to automatically turns on every time you start the car, regardless if you turned it off the last time you drove.
